Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Family Event Host to create unforgettable experiences for birthday celebrants and their guests. The Family Event Host will be responsible for leading party activities, interacting with guests, and ensuring that all attendees have a fun and memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and Lead Parties: Welcome guests, lead party activities, and ensure a fun and safe environment.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with children and adults in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Prepare party spaces before events and clean up afterward.
  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all party guests.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate party activities and games that are age-appropriate and enjoyable.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food, beverages, and cake to guests.
  • Problem Solving: Manage any issues or problems that arise during the party.
  • Time Management: Keep track of time to ensure the party follows the planned schedule.
  • Supply Management: Ensure all party supplies are stocked and available as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energy and Enthusiasm: High level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with other duties as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Marketing: Promote additional sales of party add-ons and merchandise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of party details and guest interactions.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-Paced: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
