Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center , a proud member of Dignity Health, is seeking a dedicated Faculty Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who enjoys a dynamic blend of outpatient care, teaching, and mentoring in our Family Medicine Residency Program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing high-quality care to patients while shaping the next generation of physicians through lectures, precepting, and clinical education.

As a Faculty Family Medicine Physician on our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care while leading the educational and clinical components of our Residency Program, mentoring the next generation of family physicians, and ensuring continuous innovation and alignment with the evolving needs of our healthcare system.

    • 35% Outpatient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a traditional outpatient family medicine practice, focusing on a broad spectrum of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

    • 65% Residency Faculty: Serve as a key faculty member in our Family Medicine Residency Program, including precepting residents in clinical settings, leading educational sessions, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

    • Pediatric Call: Participate in 14 weekend days of pediatric call annually, rounding on inpatients as needed.

    • Mentorship and Education: Guide residents through their clinical rotations and didactic learning, ensuring they develop both clinical expertise and compassionate patient care.
