LINQM is adding a facility maintenance associate to the team in Irvine.
This role will be responsible for maintenance and administrative duties as it relates to facilities.
• Coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services in compliance to departmental procedures
• Maintain, generate and distribute work orders to multiple technicians
• Audit equipment and assets to ensure items are accurately entered into the system
• Facilitate campus access and coordination for vendors
• Respond to internal customer calls and requests and process to work orders
• Order equipment, materials, and inventory utilizing purchase card or approved suppliers
• Track to ensure vendors and technicians are compliant with appropriate required training
• Coordinate event and meeting set-ups
• Coordinate 911/ emergency response communication for facilities department
• Track and maintain applicable quality systems (e.g, pest control reporting)
• Assign appropriate access level in campus security system and produce badges; generate access and history reports as needed
