Pay Rate: $20.00 Hourly NO OT Job Description:
• As the General Maintenance Worker your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Escort approved visitors throughout the facility

• Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities

• Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required

• Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in the follow-through of duties and report higher echelon maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel

• Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required

• Work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays

• Work overtime as required

• Escort visitors

• Perform general maintenance tasks

• Operate gardening and grounds care equipment

• Perform operator maintenance on equipment

• Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance

• Work flexible hours and overtime as required

• Practical skill and knowledge in carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities

• Familiarity with operating gardening and grounds care equipment

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime

• Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience performing general maintenance of buildings and equipment.

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.

• Must be able to climb ladders potentially as high as a two-story building.

• Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays.
