A well-established manufacturing facility is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical infrastructure and ensure all equipment and systems are running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify repair needs or safety hazards

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system issues

• Maintain maintenance logs and records of work performed

• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and repair supplies

• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

• Assist with facility changes such as moving furniture or setting up equipment

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in a maintenance or technician role

• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed

• Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes
