Rapids Youth Soccer is hiring a part-time Facility Coordinator to support front desk and facility operations at our indoor soccer facility and community hub. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in sports, customer service, and community engagement.
About the Role
As a Facility Coordinator, you'll help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for players, families, and staff of CRYSC. You'll be the first point of contact at the front desk, manage bookings, enforce safety policies, and assist with basic cleaning & maintenance around the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and support player registration
- Maintain daily operations including scheduling, rentals, and cleaning tasks
- Monitor facility use, enforce safety policies, and uphold organizational standards
- Support event setup, equipment organization, and turf maintenance
- Act as lead contact when the Facility Manager is unavailable
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning, etc.)
- 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a consistent basis
- Basic tech proficiency and maintenance skills
- Bonus: experience at a sports facility or in a customer-facing role
Role Expectations:
- $15.00/hour (Up to 30 hours per week)
- $22.50/hour for overtime (over 12 hrs/day or 30 hrs/week)
- Weeknight shifts: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Weekend Shifts: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM & 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts will be required
