Facility Attendant Wellness Center

• Work Status: Part-time 10 - 25 Hours per Week

• Shift Details: 5:00 am - 10:00 am Monday through Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Facility Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for facility operations, member interactions, and supporting fitness activities to enhance the overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations including lighting, security, safety, and maintenance.

• Maintain clean and disinfected equipment and exercise areas.

• Keep track of supplies and communicate needs to the Supervisor.

• Greet and assist members, offering tours and information.

• Process membership and merchandise transactions.

• Schedule fitness consultations and assessments.

• Assist members with exercise programs and supervise the free-weight room.

• Engage in member interaction, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.

• Support motivational contests and update bulletin boards.

• Complete cleaning tasks and document duties as required.
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Degree or working towards a degree in an exercise-related field (preferred).

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic membership platforms.

• Active BLS Certification (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
