YOUR TASKS:

Perform on-site preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment and CVD reactors
Create and execute plans for installation of new and replacement equipment
Maintain logs, document, and report equipment conditions accurately
Manage hazardous waste collection and disposal
Ensure regulatory compliance with government agencies including fire department, wastewater, etc.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and improve processes
Supervise outside contractors and service providers as needed: electricians, plumbers, etc.
Follow established procedures for quality assurance and safety standards
Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall production
Assist with manufacture of CVD systems for customers and internal use

YOUR PROFILE:

Excellent technical knowledge of industrial equipment systems, including process cooling water, compressed air, process gasses, electrical, mechanical, chemical handling, plumbing, etc.
Basic understanding of vacuum systems and CVD (or other semiconductor) tools is a plus
Experience with hand tools, power tools, electrical multimeter, and associated safety procedures
Clean room, machine shop, or fabrication experience is a plus
Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights; ability to work in confined spaces; ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
