YOUR TASKS:
  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment and CVD reactors
  • Create and execute plans for installation of new and replacement equipment
  • Maintain logs, document, and report equipment conditions accurately
  • Manage hazardous waste collection and disposal
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with government agencies including fire department, wastewater, etc.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and improve processes
  • Supervise outside contractors and service providers as needed: electricians, plumbers, etc.
  • Follow established procedures for quality assurance and safety standards
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall production
  • Assist with manufacture of CVD systems for customers and internal use
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Excellent technical knowledge of industrial equipment systems, including process cooling water, compressed air, process gasses, electrical, mechanical, chemical handling, plumbing, etc.
  • Basic understanding of vacuum systems and CVD (or other semiconductor) tools is a plus
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, electrical multimeter, and associated safety procedures
  • Clean room, machine shop, or fabrication experience is a plus
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights; ability to work in confined spaces; ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
