A leading managed service provider in the health insurance and provider space is seeking a Facilities Manager to manage building systems, space and maintenance planning, manage service providers, and support onsite employees. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide office and facilities support services to onsite associates, contractors, and vendors, including badging and security.
- Ensure seamless office operations by managing facilities maintenance, vendor relations, office supplies, meeting coordination, mail processing, and assisting with new employee setups.
- Act as the primary emergency contact (available 24/7) for building management and security matters.
- Plan office space, seating arrangements, relocations, and buildouts.
- Manage facilities and service providers within, including contractors and external vendors.
Minimum requirements:
- Significant experience managing/coordinating facilities, onsite employees and maintenance teams, planning maintenance, and assisting new employees.
- Comfortability working full-time + 24/7 on-call to respond to building management and security concerns.
- Ability to assess and coordinate office space planning and provide clear direction and communication with employees.
- Experience managing external service providers, contractors, and vendors within the office space.
