Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to work in the Columbus, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning for the electrical rooms-meaning provide nice clean workspace and organization to electrical rooms, broom swept, restocking shelves and getting rid of old equipment.
• Cleaning and changing filters on vfd drive- Provide preventive Maintenance by changing out filters for ceiling vents.
• Read meters to determine if pressures are stabilized. Report leaks or report as directed by Battelle maintenance lead.
• Inspecting fire extinguishers-Fire suppression inspections making sure that all are good not out of date and all pressurized reporting dates for when need to be serviced.
• Safety shower and eye wash inspections and testing- Make sure all is working properly that water can flow when in use in case of emergency and flush if needed.
• Cleaning the roof and roof drains- Make sure that none are plugged up and remove any debris that are covering them.
• Toilets and sink repair- Changing out batteries, sensors to touchless dispensers as needed or reported.
• Parking lot and grounds clean up-Large bulk pick up items from grounds if I am wrong here Bill please give a description.
• Assist with HVAC filter changes- Rooftop unit change replace filters.
• Equipment cleaning (air handlers, towers & chillers tubes)- Check gauges and make sure all are pressurized and running properly.
• Cleaning of mechanical rooms and tunnel. Make sure mechanical rooms are clean and organized and make sure tunnels are free of debris or any miscellaneous supply laying around.
