A Highly Reputable Venture Capital Firm in Menlo Park is seeking an experienced and team oriented Facilities Coordinator to support their Facilities Manager onsite at their beautiful office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the facilities, including vendor management, property upkeep, safety, budgets, space use, and other hands-on tasks. This is a full time onsite role located in Menlo Park, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staying on top of facilities calendars, maintenance schedules, and managing Excel spreadsheets with annual/weekly tasks
  • Coordinating with vendors on repairs or other requests, following up diligently as needed
  • Provide hands-on support to office and building operations
  • Collaborate with the office administrative team to support any event needs
  • Ensure adequate supplies levels, restocking as needed, and manage budgets
  • Conduct light handiwork as needed to ensure grounds are kept tidy and orderly
  • Coordinate and perform space-use analysis
  • Mange event set up and break down
  • Supporting the office and team requests
  • Ability to take on additional support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Prior experience in facilities management, building engineer, and workplace experience
  • A friendly and helpful disposition with an eagerness to learn
  • Willing to support with hands on support from unloading packages to walk through of the interior and exterior of office
  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000
