Job Description As a Facility Cleaner, you'll be responsible for daily and weekly cleaning tasks throughout the facility including restrooms, machines, and common areas. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a professional and welcoming workspace. You'll also monitor supplies and support general maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities: - Clean restrooms, break areas, floors, vents, and equipment
- Refill and order cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
- Address spills or hazards promptly to ensure safety
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Communicate facility issues or shortages clearly and timely
Qualifications and Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

The base salary range for this position is $17-$18/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
