Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Facilities and Basing Project Analyst where you will support US Armed Forces strategic basing by developing facility requirements, preparing leadership briefings, and providing data-driven recommendations through Class 5 estimates and analytical Courses of Action. This opportunity is remote but requests candidates be local to the Washington D.C. or Colorado Springs, CO areas. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Responsibilities:
Develop facility requirements to support US Armed Forces bases and operating locations.
Assist in the execution of US Armed Forces Strategic Basing by helping the Government create Class 5 estimates for beddowns and renovations of space weapon system facilities.
Prepare staff packages (including summary sheets, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, congressional responses, background papers, talking papers, and white papers) to inform the US Armed Forces leadership about the impacts of facility requirements for beddowns and renovations of space weapon system facilities.
Coordinate and collaborate with directorates of logistics to respond to queries, requests for information, and provide support for programs related to strategic basing actions.
Develop Courses of Action using analytical tools, supporting data, and estimates to provide recommendations on strategic basing actions. Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 10 years' experience with a broad knowledge of US Armed Forces and DOD corporate processes, and strategic partnerships
Facilities project execution and oversight experience in DoD
Specific experience with developing Class 5 estimates. Desired Skills:
Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.
