Description
Receive and unpack daily deliveries, verifying contents and inspecting for damage
Transport deliveries to designated floors or departments across a 19-floor building
Restock supply closets and shelves with items such as office supplies, paper, and other materials
Carry and lift heavy items, including cases of paper weighing up to 50 pounds
Fulfill and deliver rush supply requests quickly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and supply rooms
Coordinate with the Office Services team for any special requests or events requiring supply setup
Profile
Prior experience in a manual labor or stockroom/warehouse environment strongly preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods throughout the day
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
