Facilities Analyst with Security Clearance

Mayvin seeks a Facilities Analyst responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing facilities information, assisting with financial management, budget tracking, and performing administrative tasks within the Office of Construction Management of the United States Marshals Service. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Public Trust Background Investigation (BI) Responsibilities : Collect, compile, and analyze facility information from multiple sources to produce reports and recommendations Assist in financial management and budget tracking for the Office of Construction Management Coordinate, collaborate, and facilitate meetings related to facilities and construction management Research and analyze agency needs regarding lease renewals and facility space requests Assist in all collaborative and administrative facilities management or construction tasks Qualifications : Bachelor's degree Minimum 1 year of experience in information/data entry/ facility management Minimum 1 year of experience in writing (clear, concise, and logical writing to produce memos, briefs, or PowerPoint presentations) Superior organization and prioritization skills Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications : Prior Government Agency experience; Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM) About Mavyin: Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
