Position Responsibilities - Directly support Uline's Senior Operations Manager of Facilities and other department leaders.
- Prepare daily reports and manage correspondence efficiently.
- Gather and analyze data, and create engaging presentations.
- Organize travel arrangements for the Facilities Operations Team.
- Coordinate scheduling for department meetings, lunches, and events.
Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
