Campaign Manager (META) - Advanced Marketers (Remote)

Job Summary:

Advanced Marketers is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Campaign Manager with a strong focus on META (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including both lead generation and e-commerce businesses. This is a remote position requiring a proactive individual with a proven track record of success in managing significant META ad budgets and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 5 META ad accounts, encompassing a mix of lead generation and e-commerce clients.
  • Plan, manage, and execute digital media buys across Facebook and Instagram for multiple markets and clients simultaneously.
  • Build and refine audiences through customer data, campaign structure, ad sets, and ad creative.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling and high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), proactively suggesting and implementing ongoing optimization strategies to meet and exceed assigned KPIs.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns daily to ensure we're hitting performance benchmarks.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze traffic performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Create and analyze comprehensive campaign performance reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to identify and scale best-performing ad elements and targeting parameters.
  • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to maximize efficiency and deliver optimal results.
  • Conduct thorough account audits to identify areas for improvement in messaging and funnels, ensuring client goals are achievable.
  • Onboard new clients effectively, oversee campaign launches, and provide ongoing account optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with the content/design team and developers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders to provide regular updates on campaign performance and offer insightful recommendations for KPI improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media and technology vendors, staying informed about industry data and trends.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new and effective bidding strategies, ad placements, and management techniques.
  • Participate in our daily morning standup meetings to ensure team alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Attend daily internal meetings to discuss account performance and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on META media buying experience.
  • Proven experience managing a 6-figure monthly marketing budget.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Significant experience managing both lead generation and e-commerce focused META campaigns.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Extensive experience with advanced targeting methodologies, including the creation of custom and lookalike audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the top, middle, and bottom of a sales funnel and how META advertising integrates within it.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and its various features.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Blueprint Certification is a plus.

Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
