POSITION: Fabrication Division Manager
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

LOCATION: Beaumont, Texas
SUMMARY: To manage, plan, direct and administer policies and goals for Division office regarding profitability, performance, work competency and growth.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but not limited to managing inventory, ordering materials, increasing the efficiency of operations and scheduling production.
They ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget.
A Division Manager should understand and enforce safety, quality control, and production expectations.
Other duties involve developing or improving the training program, hiring new employees, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
15 years of Shop Fabrication experience
10 years Management Role
Profit & Loss Responsibility
Planning and organizing production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards.
