Looking for a hands-on extrusion specialist to lead operator training and support efficient production of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. This role is centered around vacuum corrugation lines-specifically dual and smooth wall-using Corma machinery.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on training to machine operators on Corma extrusion systems.
Guide teams in producing consistent, high-quality HDPE pipe across various sizes and specifications.
Help diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues in real time.
Assist with changeovers, setups, and basic maintenance procedures.
This position has no direct reports but you will be working closely with the Plant Manager to help train, improve production, and create standard procedures.
- What's Needed:
5 years of direct experience with dual/smooth wall extrusion using Corma equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of vacuum corrugation lines and related auxiliary systems.
Ability to spot process inefficiencies and implement improvements on the floor.
- Open to occasional overnight travel for cross-site training and support.
