We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower in Houston's Upper Kirby neighborhood.

The Exterior Selections Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Exterior Design Coordinators, Exterior Design Manager, VP of Selections and VP of Product Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Exterior Design Coordinators, Exterior Design Manager, VP of Selections and VP of Product Development with product accounts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • From time to time, must manage and/or track several projects at once with extreme time constraints.
  • Act as a liaison between various HQ departments, Construction, and Sales.
  • Input and update information in database and spreadsheets (brick availability, model home tracking)
  • Accurately process Enhancement Change Orders (ECO's) for construction requests such as spray decking, garage epoxy, additional landscaping, sprinklers
  • Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.
  • Develop working knowledge of all company product lines, specifications, stages of construction, and home elevation sketches.
  • Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of exterior selections samples (brick, stone, etc.).
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Selections Department and Exterior section of the Design Studio.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain internal Selections Hub and the digital images within.
  • Research brick Purchase Order creation (PO) for selections processing.
  • Manage shared inbox daily, and direct inquiries appropriate personnel / EDC.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
