We are seeking passionate Exterior Sales Associates to join our dynamic Storm Restoration team.

Your Role:

As an Exterior Sales Associate, you will:

• Connect with Clients: Meet with prospective clients to perform inspections and assess their needs.
• Advocate for Customers: Guide customers through the restoration process from inspection to final walk-through.
• Collaborate with Insurance Adjusters: Facilitate claims to ensure a smooth process for customers.
• Create Outstanding Experiences: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with team members.
• Grow Your Network: Actively market and generate leads.

We provide in-house estimating and supplementing services so you can focus on what you do best - sales and customer service.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base salary of $41,600
• Field-Based Work: Spend the majority of your day out in the field instead of behind a desk.
• Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in written communication and computer skills.
• Experienced (Preferred, Not Required): Prior sales or construction experience is a plus, but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Background Check.
• Strong Work Ethic and Professional Appearance.
