Job description: Experienced Residential Exterior Plumbing Manager

This is not a construction job, this is only for individuals passionate about residential sales and performing the best service possible at our customer's homes. This position manages all technicians and sales people that work primarily on residential main water and sewer lines.

Job Description:

As the Exterior Plumbing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure the utmost comfort in our clients' homes. You will lead a team of Sales, Drain, Install and Service Techs, guiding them to excel in their roles, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and product recommendations.


Responsibilities:
  • You will own the sales aspect of your department.
  • Mentorship and training: Provide hands-on training to technicians, ensuring they are well prepared to assess homeowners' Sewer/Water Underground needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Tracking and accountability: Maintain accurate and timely sales reports such as KPIs, closing rates, leads, and follow-up of your team of comfort advisors and provide necessary training to improve the teams performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and inspect Sewer and water lines to make informed decisions regarding their comfort solutions
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Sewer/Water Underground products and technologies to explain their benefits clearly and accurately to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team of comfort advisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting and training participation: Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to keep you skills and knowledge at the forefront of the industry.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years Managerial Experience
  • 3+ Years experience managing salespeople
  • Business Experience
    • Profit & Loss Knowledge: Intermediate
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test

Salary: $60,000- $200,000 annually
