Express/Quick Service Advisor to be the face of our fast-paced service lane. If you're passionate about customer service and want to be part of a professional team that values growth, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do: - Greet customers in the service lane with a smile
- Write up repair orders for oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
- Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
- Keep customers informed throughout their visit
- Ensure smooth hand-off between the express team and technicians
- Deliver a great customer experience that earns trust and drives loyalty
What We're Looking For: - Excellent communication and people skills
- High energy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Team player attitude with a strong work ethic
