Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Express Service Advisor to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that every visit is a seamless and positive experience. You will assist customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, provide accurate service recommendations, and coordinate with the express service team to deliver high-quality service efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival.
- Identify vehicle service needs by listening to customers and conducting walk-around inspections.
- Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and explain maintenance procedures.
- Prepare work orders for the express service team and coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion.
- Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and address any questions or concerns.
- Conduct final checks on completed vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or service advising is a plus but not required.
Salary Description
Up to $55,000
