Job Title: Exporting and Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the shipping and delivery of goods both domestically and internationally.
- Handling customer service queries related to shipping and import/export processes.
- Processing and managing import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to international shipping laws and customs compliance.
- Data entry and maintenance of records for shipping, imports, and exports in company systems.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with the tracking of shipments and handling any delays or issues with deliveries.
- General administrative duties to support the wider team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or export/import coordination.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Attention to detail and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in data entry and administration tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
