This is a full time permanent position being an integral part of the ocean freight operation, coordinating shipments, ensuring smooth deliveries, and maintaining top-tier customer service standards.
What you'll be doing as an Export Coordinator
- Managing ocean freight shipments from origin to destination
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and carriers
- Handling documentation and customs compliance
- Tracking shipments and keeping clients updated
- Managing multiple shipments and tight deadlines with precision
