ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.
Communicate status with leadership and customers.
Ensure software standards are met. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant technical experience
Proficiency in Python and C/C programming.
Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
CNO capability development experience.
Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
Understand assembly programming concepts.
Unit Test experience.
Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
Experience managing/leading teams Security Clearance Requirements: Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
