As an Expert in Retail Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in connecting with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs, answering product inquiries, and recommending tailored solutions. Your priority will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly while maintaining product quality and store standards.

In this position, you will work closely with customers, which may include minors, and manage various payment methods, along with access to store merchandise and sensitive information. Because of this, a review of criminal history is required to safeguard our business operations and the well-being of our customers and staff.

The selected candidate may be required to work at stores within a 50-mile radius of 346 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington MA 01230.

  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain detailed work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Organize and stock shelves, setting up appealing displays.
  • Maintain store equipment cleanliness.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Help with deliveries when required.
  • Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
  • Follow inventory control procedures.
  • Recommend sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
