- As part the IAM Operations team, this individual is responsible for performing analysis of business requirements and problems, driving research, and designing quality identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
- Primary responsibilities will be to development and successfully complete new application onboarding with our on-prem IGA system including Active Directory/Azure, Database, Webservice, SCIM based, Salesforce, SAP and more integration types.
- The successful candidate will understand the client's current IGA implementation including Leaver/Changer/Mover processes, workflow configuration, complex customization and provide value input to determine the best implementation path considering best practices and affordability.
- The successful candidate will advise team members on best practices in coding and IGA integrations.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for system life cycle planning, maintenance, and performance tuning client's IGA system and be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
- This position will solve complex problems independently, demonstrate analytical thinking, and make sound judgements, decisions and recommendations based on their analysis and interpretation of data.
- This position is accountable for the successful development and execution of overall Cybersecurity department strategic plans in alignment with company strategic vision and goals.
Job Responsibilities - Analyse, design, and implement complex solutions to meet business needs.
- Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
- Collaborate with team, project team and leaders to work on issues, projects and activities.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within client's IGA system.
- Work with vendor support on bug fixes and support issues.
- Perform IAM pre- and post-production support activities.
- Conduct system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in IGA projects involving IGA
- Conduct troubleshooting and coding utilizing best practices.
- Identify functional and operational opportunities for improved security and performance enhancements and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Create and maintain internal procedures
- Share knowledge and guidance with team members.
- Support compliance requirements.
- Evaluate, plan and design for the client's IGA solution maintenance including on-prem to cloud transition as required
Qualifications Minimum: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 8 years Experience in IT-Information Technology security, multi-platform, development experience IGA systems (preferably SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint ISC) including integrations with SAP, Active Directory, OUD, Entra AD, ServiceNow, SalesForce, SCIM/Webservice, and cloud access management (AWS, Azure, GCP) based connection platforms or related.
Desired: - 7 years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) security domain including user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications
- Apache Tomcat experience
- Code development with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases
- Experience with compliance requirements and reporting, preferably in a PowerBI environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
