POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years experience in roof and/or floor truss design
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the Construction industry
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders depending on project requirements
- Excellent basic math and measurement skills
- CAD Proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace knowledge preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
- Previous experience in MiTek and/or Alpine software required
