Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead implementation of technical systems and standards
- Explore and integrate BIM workflows and AI applications to improve efficiency
- Act as Principal Designer with strong understanding of CDM regulations and H&S compliance
- Mentor team members and enhance overall technical capability
- Lead efficient, commercially aware project delivery across multiple schemes
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect or Technologist with substantial experience in a technical or delivery-focused role
- Proven leadership skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
- Experience designing to high thermal efficiency standards (e.g. Passivhaus)
- Strong expertise in BIM and interest in AI innovation in architecture
- Excellent technical knowledge of detailing, construction, and UK regulations
- Supportive team player and skilled communicator
- Proficient in 3D CAD and confident in hand sketching
- Calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
