Hi, thanks for checking out our post, we are stoked to be considered by you. Krazy Kooters, Inc. in San Clemente is looking for experienced servers with flexible and open availability to join our team.

A little about the position:

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our locations. The customer experience begins and ends with you.

Duties, include but are not limited to:

Ability to handle multiple tables, multi-tasking, and attending to customer's needs in a timely manner

Processes orders, bills, and payments via POS system properly

Cleaning, clearing tables, and returning plates and utensils to the kitchen area

Prepare and organize drinks and glassware

Preparing stock items such as straws, and napkins during opening and closing shifts

Keeping up with food and beverage menu items, learning the items to be knowledgeable and make recommendations, with ability to upsell.

Ensuring the proper age of customers before serving alcoholic beverages

Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas

Maintains compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards

Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

We are looking for:

Outgoing, Quick Learning & Customer Service Oriented Personality.

Personable Team Player.

Strong Attention to Detail

1+ year experience in a full-service restaurant

1+ year experience as cocktail server

The ability to work mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
