Join a prestigious and well-established law firm seeking an
experienced legal secretary with a strong background in family wealth and estate planning. If you have a passion for the legal field and at least 4 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you.
Salary up to $115K, with flexibility based on experience. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule: the first 3 months require 5 days in the office, followed by 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities: - Compose, edit, and proofread various correspondences and legal documents with precision.
- Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings and conferences efficiently.
- Arrange travel plans, create itineraries, and prepare expense reports for attorneys.
- Act as a liaison with clients for effective communication.
- Manage incoming mail, enter attorney billable time, and support with other clerical tasks.
- Assist with special projects and perform paralegal tasks as necessary.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in family wealth planning, estate planning, or related fields within a law firm.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, e-filing systems, and DocuSign.
- A solid understanding of estate planning processes, probate court procedures, and related documentation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
