The Boeing Space & Launch Division's Global Satellite Configuration and Control Equipment (GSCCE) program is looking for an Experienced Integration & Test (I&T) Verification Software Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO. The Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapon Systems (SI&WS) Division's GSCCE program is seeking motivated, goal-achieving, and team-oriented systems engineers to update, upgrade, and develop an updated and modernized global military satellite communications (MILSATCOM) ground system that will manage the WGS Payloads for all F1-F12 satellites - for the Boeing-built Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellites. As a member of the GSCCE team, you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to the maintenance and support of the delivered system for our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with Systems Engineering aligning the software product testing and verification approach to ensure quality, reliability, and functionality. Advises on the set up and configuration of test environments, including hardware, software, and network configurations to replicate production environments. Leads executing test cases and scenarios to verify functionality, performance, and safety of software systems, identifying and reporting defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities found during testing processes. Leads developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. Position Responsibilities:
• Fully competent in core I&T skills, contribute to effective producibility of designs, cost, repeatable approach while managing schedule constraints.

• Lead and execute integration, test plans, and documents.

• Support trade studies, performance analyses, risk and opportunity assessments.

• Participate in verification plan development and validation capturing how program requirements will be verified, including identification of key test artifacts essential for verification.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, document findings, and providing feedback

• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to review performance issues, identify root causes, recommend, and develop a solution to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code within the existing codebase, ensuring alignment with established architecture and coding standards. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
• 5+ years of proven experience performing software integration, test, validation, and verification

• 5+ years of experience with Web Service integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)

• 5+ years of experience with coding, debugging and development

• 3+ years of experience with software integration and end to end testing methodologies Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

• Active Secret clearance
• Experience with complex systems containing many integrated components.

• Experience with the using and/or management of Jenkins (or other) CI/CD pipeline.

• Experience with Support program gates, such as the System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR)

• Experience with verifying and performing analyses of the Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).

• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, JIRA, ClearCase/ClearQuest) Travel: 10% Drug Free Workplace:
