ABR Employment is hiring an experienced Cabinet Assembler for our client in Middleton, WI. Are you an experienced cabinet maker or millworker looking for an opportunity to lead and grow in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Production Level III professional to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality fixtures, cabinets, and displays while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every project.
Location: Middleton, WI
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm - Monday to Friday - These are Flexible.

•   Oversee and assist in the assembly of cabinets, fixtures, and displays.
•   Take the lead on complex projects, problem-solve production issues, and ensure work is completed on time.
•   Train and guide Level I and II team members on safety and manufacturing procedures.
•   Maintain shop cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist in packaging and shipping.
•   Utilize software tools such as FileMaker and Google Docs for scheduling and work orders. What We're Looking For:
•   Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a cabinetmaking or millwork environment OR completion of a recognized trade certification program plus 2+ years in a lead role.
•   Technical Skills: Proficiency with shop machinery, power tools, hand tools, and ability to read shop drawings.
•   Leadership Ability: Experience leading a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring production goals are met.
•   Software Skills: At least 1 year of experience using scheduling tools (Google Docs) and internal inventory/order applications (FileMaker).
•   Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a shop environment with periodic loud noises and exposure to solvents. Work Environment & Benefits:
