Job Summary We are seeking a Breakfast short order cook to apply if you do not have experience or are not looking for a long term role do not apply. Come in M-W morning 605 New Berlin Road Jacksonville
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare eggs, omelets and assorted food and present it in an appealing manner
Be able to work in a very fast paced line
Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
Follow all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Must be very organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification
Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
