Responsibilities - Experienced Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
• This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our service offerings, and assisting customers in resolving inquiries and issues. Service Advisors play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our service department.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Required: Automotive Service Advisor experience. Xtime and Dealertrack experience is a plus

• Excellent customer service, sales, computer and communication skills
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team participant
• Valid driver's license and insurable
• High school diploma or equivalent
