Description of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Genesis of Milford. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the sales team to effectively meet sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and expand customer base
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or a similar position
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
