Experienced Assistant Property Manager

Experience: 2+ years in property management (required)


Broad Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, and maintenance coordination at our multi-family community.


Key Responsibilities for Assistant Property Manager:

Operations Support:


• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.

Tenant Relations:


• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Move-In/Move-Out Coordination:


• Oversee move-in/move-out processes, conduct inspections, and ensure smooth tenant transitions.

Rent Collection & Delinquency Management:


• Assist with rent collection, manage follow-ups on overdue payments, and enforce collection procedures.

Maintenance Coordination:


• Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule repairs and ensure property upkeep.

Recordkeeping:


• Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, leasing activities, and maintenance work orders.


Qualifications for Assistant Property Manager:

  • 2+ years of experienced assistant property management or related real estate work
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation for Assistant Property Manager : $16.00 -$18.00
