Addison Group is partnering with an established, fast-paced client in the venture capital space to find a seasoned Experience Manager for their Menlo Park office. This is a fully onsite role, supporting a high-level team that values polish, hospitality, and a true white-glove service experience for both internal teams and visiting guests. The client is known for fostering a collaborative and fast-moving environment, and they are seeking a polished professional with strong office operations and financial support experience.
Job Description:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and delivering an exceptional in-office experience. You'll be the go-to person for everything from office operations and vendor management to daily lunch orders and cultural events. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations at the Menlo Park location
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts for supplies, catering, and maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams on daily needs, office tidiness, and visitor experience
- Handle credit card reconciliation, vendor invoicing, and expense reporting in partnership with the finance team
- Plan and manage team events, volunteer days, and internal celebrations
- Coordinate daily catered lunches (including selecting and ordering meals)
- Provide general administrative support to Partners and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with peer Experience Managers in other office locations
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles
- Background in hospitality or education environments also considered
- Experience with accounts payable and/or credit card reconciliation strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Ramp or other expense management platforms is a major plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing logistics independently and taking ownership of workplace experience
- Comfort in a 100% in-office setting is required

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Location: Fully onsite in Menlo Park, CA (parking provided)
