The Opportunity
We're seeking a visionary Expansion Director to lead the national growth of Gravitate, scaling our platform into a leading employment solution. Reporting to the CEO, you'll drive strategic outreach, build partnerships, and enhance our platform's user experience to connect employers with diverse talent. This is a transformative leadership role for a dynamic, results-driven professional passionate about community-driven growth.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead Growth: Lead targeted campaigns to expand our employer and candidate databases, forging strategic partnerships to boost platform adoption.
- Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with our software team to translate user feedback into platform improvements, designing studies to identify opportunities.
- Drive National Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enter new markets, meeting regional growth metrics.
- Lead Teams: Build and inspire a high-performing support team as we scale, fostering an inclusive culture aligned with Gravitate's mission.
- Promote Our Brand: Champion Gravitate through marketing, PR, and community engagement, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and industry leaders.
- Leverage Data: Track KPIs and deliver insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring data-driven growth.
