Columbia Valley Community Health in Wenatchee, WA is growing. We have an excellent opportunity for an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) at our Wenatchee location.

Job Specific Competencies:
Assists chair side independently and provides dental care to patients.
Maintains the uniformity of operatory equipment.
Demonstrates and maintains competency with digital and panoramic radiology.
Demonstrates and maintains competency making impressions, pouring models, and the use of the laboratory equipment.
Keeps the operatories and laboratory stocked, organized and safe.
Follows all procedures as outlined in the Clinic Safety Manual and Dental Clinic Blood Born Pathogen Compliance Manual.
Central Sterilization.
Clerical and Chart Management.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems that will support the clerical duties.
Monitors and reports non-compliance or risk to Dental Director and Dental Operations Manager.
Assists with New Employee Training.

Position Requirements:
Completion of an accredited training program for expanded function dental auxiliaries.
Licensed to work as an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) in Washington State.
1 year experience as a dental assistant or equivalent education and training/certification.
Basic Life Support.
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
