Description:
Ex PhyWorks under the clinical supervision of the practice physician(s) and office manager and is responsible for assisting the physicians in the practice. Assists in examination and treatment of patients, interviews patients, measures vital signs (ie: pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information on patients charts. Demonstrates sufficient knowledge and skills to perform basic duties in the office clinic. Practices Baptist Health's mission of service excellence in providing professional, compassionate and friendly service to our patients and physicians. The EP will assist the client/s and patient/s with exercise instruction as directed by the provider. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.15 - $24.90/hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Drivers License from Florida Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Additional Qualifications: Valid driver's license. Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Current BLS Certification and ACLS certification preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful. Nationally recognized certification desirable or willing to obtain within the year. Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 Year
