Executive Support Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our CEO and executive leadership to ensure the smooth operation of strategic initiatives, projects, and daily activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Job Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive team.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for presentations and reports.
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance team productivity.
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the CEO and the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Education & Experience:
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
