KASTELLUM is seeking a highly qualified Intelligence Task Manager to join our team at Ft.
Meade supporting U.S. Cyber Command. Intelligence Technician (Executive Suite Intel Task Management) Mid level:
• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
• Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases, monitor intelligence, assist with administration and management of RFIs, produce metrics, provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
• Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
• Provide administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence to include being the primary person responsible for providing all administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO).
• Provide administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, manage all J2-lead conferences (to include Town Halls, Off Sites, etc.), secure spaces for appropriate conference rooms (to include control and de-confliction of J2 "owned" conference rooms), and the dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Work closely with the USCYBERCOM J2 Front Office Staff through daily coordination and de-confliction to ensure all administrative responsibilities are understood and carried out as directed.
• Provide office management and administrative operations support to the Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21, with primary responsibility managing all USCYBERCOM J21 taskers through compiling, staffing, refining and submitting completed taskers.
• Provide additional administrative support to government personnel by creating and maintaining Command wide organization and staffing charts.
• Manage the ordering of supplies, coordinate and facilitate monthly J2 Orientation for new employees and schedule meetings as required.
• Produce operating instructions for Command-wide programs & initiatives as assigned. Qualifications:
• Required: 5+ years of intelligence experience
• Bachelor's degree.
• Desired: Additional relevant experience at USCYBERCOM, CMF, other combatant command or component J2/JIOC or IC, cyberspace intelligence systems, collections, planning, or operational experience. Contact: Please contact us at: . You can also check us out at
