The primary objective of the Talent Solutions Manager, Perm- Accounting and Finance role is to drive customer delight by selling Randstad's direct hire solutions to prospective clients, expand business within current clients and recruit the best talent to fulfill the client's skills gap. A key measure of success is the attainment of complete candidate and client satisfaction by meeting their customized placement services needs, both at the outset of the engagements and through the terms of the talent placements.

- Execute sales and business development which includes: sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships and initiating strategic discussions, develop candidate marketing, rate and fee negotiations, identifying cross-selling opportunities, scheduling and conducting new client visits (virtual or by local office), collaborating in team selling activities. Maintain business networking.
- Attain personal gross profit target through acquisition of new client and existing client repeat placements.
- Follow the sales process and policies, select and utilize best marketing enablement resources for specific clients.
- Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth interviews.
- Evaluate, and select candidates to interview for client-specific job profiles and/or to market for new business.
- Develop focused business recruiting & marketing plans to develop a pipeline of candidates to mirror assigned focus jobs.
- Establish effective communication before, during and after engagements to promote long-term career relationships.
- Facilitate talent placement with the ideal company based on specialty skills, company culture and manager alignment.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field highly preferred
- CPA, CMA, CFA Certification highly preferred
- 3+ years of business experience and/or 2+ years of business to business sales
- Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting i.e. bookkeeping, financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation and financial analysis a plus
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Proven ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Proven success in using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate leads
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreement, prioritize task, manage time effectively in metrics driven environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and industry knowledge
- Analytical problem-solving, effective communication, software proficiency, attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Adaptability, interpersonal and leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, ethical behavior, and a commitment to continuous learning
