What You'll Do:
Drive New Business
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop a robust pipeline of healthcare clients in need of HIM, EHR, or BPO solutions.
Sell with Confidence
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Clearly communicate value propositions, ROI, and competitive advantages.
Build Long-Term Relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Negotiate & Close
- Confidently handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close profitable deals.
Stay Ahead of the Market
- Monitor healthcare trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to strategically position offerings.
Plan, Track, and Report
- Develop actionable sales plans and maintain detailed activity logs, client communications, and forecasts within our CRM system.
Collaborate to Win
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to team success.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or Information Technology.
Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HIM, EHR, healthcare data management, BPO, or SaaS.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality
- Organized, tech-savvy, and confident navigating CRMs and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and adapt to shifting priorities
- Comfortable working independently and across teams
Work Environment & Expectations:
- Full-time, remote-friendly role with flexible hours to support multiple time zones
- Travel required (30-50%) to attend trade shows, meet clients, and build pipeline
