The Executive Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team. This position is essential in managing day-to-day operational functions, facilitating communication from top management, and contributing to the overall success of key projects and yearly KPIs. Administrative Support:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex schedules with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Sales Activities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Maintain and expand the customer database by building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the business development team to ensure a seamless customer experience and follow-up.
Sales Support:
• Assist with the preparation of sales reports, RFPs, and presentations.
• Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, updating records and generating reports.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate sales activities with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to optimize results.
Exhibit a high degree of initiative with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and follow-through skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-pace, deadline-driven, detailed-oriented work environment
Proactive and self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal oversight
