Our client a national search firm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join their team, focusing on permanent placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. This position will play a key role in helping businesses build their leadership and support teams with highly skilled Accounting and Finance personnel.
Prior experience working at a staffing agency required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit high-caliber Accounting and Finance professionals through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job boards.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from initial candidate contact, interview scheduling, assessments, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market shifts, and talent acquisition strategies to provide insights and guidance to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong network of Accounting and Finance professionals to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter, preferably in Accounting and Finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance functions, roles, and career paths.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
