Salary & Benefits:
- $45,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:
- Answering/transferring calls
- Greeting guests in a professional manner
- Calendar management for 8 conference rooms
- Set-up/clean-up of 4 conference rooms for meetings
- Sorting mail for distribution
- General administrative support for team of 5, including calendar management, expense reports and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of corporate office support experience.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work well under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Hours are 7:45-4:45; Punctuality is a must.
- Position requires flexibility and a high level of confidentiality.
